The Union and management have entered into several pre-arbitration settlements regarding major contract violations.

Motor Vehicle Service

MVS National Business Agent DD Johnson negotiated and settled grievances contesting the subcontracting of windshield repairs ($3,000) and the subcontracting of frame replacements ($50,000) during the time frame of 2012 through 2016. 

The $53,000 will be paid out to Lead Automotive Mechanics on the overtime desired list during the period of violation.

Clerk Craft

Clerk Craft National Business Agent Chris Pruitt negotiated and settled a grievance contesting the 2015 subcontracting of clerk work the Holiday Annex. 

The $170,000 will be paid out to clerks on the 2015 4th quarter manual section overtime desired list during the period of violation.
