If your employees want to see their payroll journals, you no longer need to request them from the TACS Office. Your employees can pull their payroll journals online, and see the breakdown of their deductions or of multiple adjustments. Please assist these employees with which earnings statement and Pay Period is correct, and have them access ePayroll. Listed below is the link along with screen prints to assist employees with accessing ePayroll.
In the screen print listed above, employees must enter their Employee Identification Number (EIN) along with the USPS PIN number.
In the screen print listed above, they need to click on the ePayroll picture under the 'Employee Apps - Quick Links', which will bring them to their available earning statements.
By logging on to liteblue.usps.gov and clicking on ePayroll you can now view your earnings statement. You will need you EIN and your PIN to access it.
